At 2:56 PM EDT, customers started experiencing issues accessing Renterra services. Our engineering team identified the cause as an upstream outage with our largest service provider, Amazon Web Services, which was widespread and impacted numerous businesses. The team mitigated the outage by relocating Renterra's primary services away from the affected region. By 3:38 PM EDT, availability had been restored, and all services were fully operational for customers.
